When to Reach Out

1. Found an error

If a density range, class number, or piece of information on this site doesn’t match the current NMFC standard, tell us. We review and correct errors as quickly as we can.

2. Have a question about your shipment

We can help point you toward the right resource, but keep in mind we’re not a freight broker or carrier, and we can’t confirm your final freight class or provide a shipping quote. For that, your LTL carrier or a licensed broker is the right contact.

3. Want to suggest a feature

If there’s a calculation, chart, or reference page that would make this density and class tool more useful, let us know.

4. Represent a carrier or industry organization

If you’d like to share updated NMFC data, a correction, or a resource we should reference, we’re glad to hear from you.

We’re a small, independent team, not a carrier, broker, or NMFTA itself. We built this tool to be as accurate as possible against current published NMFC standards, and we take corrections seriously. If you’re a logistics professional and you spot something off in our density scale or class chart, your feedback genuinely makes this tool better for the next shipper who uses it.
